Financial Requirements
$ 450.00 (FourHundred and Fifty) is required to move into the Cleveland House to become our Guest. The following listed below are details of this cost. The Suggested Length of stay is 5 Months , You can stay longer .....or If someone wanted to come for 1 Month that's fine , Call Alan or Todd , For Details

Required for 1 (one) weeks apartment rental in advance (call for explanation of options and prices)

Required for a Security Deposit (refundable after 5 months )

Amenities
We supply everything except Food and Clothing!
All Utilities are included, Direct Satellite TV in every room with every Movie Channel and Sports Package available! Guest receive a Gym Membership, unlimited High Speed Computer Access, free local long distance phone lines to call anywhere in the U.S. or Canada. Alcohol and Drug Policy
The Cleveland House is a Alcohol and Drug Free Community. The usage of any type of mind altering substance is not permitted and will result in immediate termination as our Guest and loss of Security Deposit. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Parking
Parking on the premises is limited. We do have parking passes sold monthly for 50.00 , Parking is NOT a problem .
